Raise your hand if you’ve ever had a mom fail? If your hand isn’t held high, you’re lying! Mom fails are inevitable. You can’t avoid them no matter how hard you try. Because of this I do my best to laugh off the fails that happen to me.

Story time.

A few weeks ago while I was doing Nell’s laundry and I wanted to spray her burp rags with Spray ‘N Wash before washing them to get the formula stains out. So, I sprayed them and threw them in the washer.

When the washer turned off I transferred everything to the dryer. I went to grab a dryer sheet and saw the Spray ‘N Wash bottle on the shelf. The only issue with that was that I had set the bottle I used on top of the dryer. So, what had I used if it wasn’t the Spray ‘N Wash? Clorox bleach. I used Clorox bleach to remove the stains from her burp rags.

This isn’t even all of the ones I sprayed. Thankfully, it was just burp rags and not her clothes. I laughed and turned the dryer on. I made sure to switch the bottles, so I wouldn’t make the same mistake.

On a brighter note, there is something that I’m not failing at and that’s being a mom. There are still so many things that I don’t know and things I’m still learning. But I am doing everything I can for her and she’s thriving. Here are some fun photos of her from the last week or so.

What was your biggest #momfail?
